Wow. February was a busy month!
First – I bough an ebook about phone photography Picture Play by Jill Krause, a blogger I’ve followed for years and years. I’m having lots of fun learning to edit pictures. I’m still learning, but excited to be sharing mostly edited pictures.
February was a wild month of weather with cold and icy, and a snow squall, then in the middle of the month the kids went to the park in shorts… Some highlights ahead:
School was out for Lunar New Year, so Simon got to come to work with Mom. We had a lot of fun getting breakfast in Grand Central and setting up with a desk in my office.
Something fun – look at this editing. I DID THAT!
One of the biggest things is that Caleb turned FIVE. I can’t believe he’s FIVE. We are officially in big kid land. But he still loves to snuggle and be held. Both boys do. Caleb loved having a class party where he got to decorate and hand out cupcakes to his class.
We also had a Chuck E. Cheese party with 5 friends. It was the perfect size for a little crazy and a lot of fun. The boys were super excited about the ticket blaster. Caleb completed his first solo Lego build.
For February break we left the cold and spent a week at Universal Studios Orlando. We had the best vacation.
It was sunny and warm and so many roller coasters. And of course the Wizarding World was the main event. And it was just as much fun to show the magic to our kids as when we went alone in 2012.
We got back to the cold and we dove back into work and school and now it’s March. And we are all looking forward to spring.
